Recommended Use
Inositol helps promote ovulatory function and improves oocyte quality in those with PCOS. Helps in the management of PCOS's hormonal and metabolic conditions by promoting healthy glucose metabolism. Used in Herbal Medicine (as a hormone normaliser) to help stabilise menstrual cycle irregularities and relieve premenstrual symptoms. Helps to reduce the risk of neural tube defects when taken daily at least three months prior to becoming pregnant and during early pregnancy. Helps to support normal early fetal development (brain and spinal cord). Source of vitamin, a factor in the maintenance of good health. Provides antioxidants that help protect cells against oxidative damage caused by free radicals.
Directions
Adult Females- Take one (1) scoop per day in a little water or juice, with food or as directed by a healthcare practitioner.
